Agreement to Terms
By renting a dumpster from Container Rental Champ, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
Rental Agreement
When you rent a dumpster from us, you agree to:
- Use the container only for the agreed-upon purpose
- Not exceed the weight limit for your container size
- Keep the container accessible for pickup
- Not move the container once placed
- Return the container in the same condition (normal wear excepted)
Rental Period
Standard rental periods are 7, 10, or 14 days. Your rental period begins on the day of delivery. Extensions are available at $15-25 per day depending on container size. Contact us before your rental period ends to arrange an extension.
Pricing and Payment
- Prices include delivery, pickup, and disposal within the weight limit
- Overage charges apply for weight exceeding the limit (charged per ton)
- Payment is due upon delivery or as agreed
- We accept credit cards, checks, and cash
Prohibited Items
The following items are NOT permitted in our dumpsters:
- Hazardous waste, chemicals, or toxic materials
- Paint, oil, or automotive fluids
- Batteries and electronics (unless arranged)
- Appliances containing freon (unless properly evacuated)
- Tires
- Medical waste
- Asbestos-containing materials
- Flammable or explosive materials
If prohibited items are found, you will be charged for proper disposal and may be subject to additional fees.
Delivery and Placement
- You must provide clear access to the delivery location
- We are not responsible for damage to driveways, surfaces, or underground utilities
- You are responsible for obtaining any required permits
- Placement location must be confirmed before delivery
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 24+ hours before delivery: Full refund
- Cancellations less than 24 hours: Subject to delivery fee
- No refunds for early pickup requests
Liability
Container Rental Champ is not liable for:
- Damage to property from container placement (driveways, landscaping, etc.)
- Injuries resulting from improper use of the container
- Delays due to weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control
- Loss or damage to items placed in the container
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Container Rental Champ from any claims arising from your use of our services.
Insurance
Container Rental Champ maintains liability insurance for our operations. Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate insurance coverage for their property and projects.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Santa Clara County, California, in accordance with California law.
